Recently, the Yangdun 5,000‑ton intelligent stamping large‑scale tandem production line—featuring a core automation system supplied by Haozhong Automation—successfully completed its final commissioning at the overseas customer’s site and was officially delivered and commissioned in December 2025. The 5,000‑ton large‑scale tandem press line delivered this time integrates one YS4L‑2000 press and three YS4‑1000 heavy‑duty presses. As its key automation partner, Haozhong Automation custom‑designed and delivered a comprehensive seven‑axis robotic handling system that covers the entire line—from material loading at the upstream end to unloading at the downstream end. Featuring precise engineering and stable operation, the system seamlessly coordinates with Yangduan’s high‑performance presses, enabling the line to achieve an efficient, intermittent stamping cycle of 8–12 strokes per minute while ensuring a highly efficient, smooth, and reliable production process.
