This, in turn, requires posture adjustment of stamped parts during the stamping process, necessitating handling robots with posture adjustment capabilities. Our company's R&D team has developed a high-speed flexible stamping handling robot with 7 servo axes, including three horizontal axes, one speed multiplication axis, and three rotational axes. It effectively balances high-speed handling and flexible posture adjustment functions, making it adaptable to various complex molds. The high-speed flexible stamping robot features a high degree of automation, fast speed, stability, and compact structure. It is especially suitable for press distances of 5000–6500mm, with a production speed of up to 15 spm.
