Haozhong Automation Helps Yangdun Press Machine Set a New Benchmark for Overseas Delivery of Large-Scale Stamping Lines.

Recently, the 5,000-ton intelligent stamping large-scale series production line—equipped with a core automation system supplied by Haozhong Automation—has successfully completed final commissioning at the overseas customer’s site and will be officially delivered and put into operation in December 2025. The successful completion of this project not only marks another significant breakthrough for our partner, Yangduan, in the high-end overseas market, but also fully demonstrates Haozhong Automation’s leading-edge technology and exceptional delivery capabilities in the field of stamping automation, particularly in the area of large-scale, high-speed production lines.

The 5,000-ton large-scale tandem stamping line delivered this time integrates one YS4L-2000 and three YS4-1000 large-scale presses. As a key automation partner, Haozhong Automation has custom-designed and delivered a comprehensive 7-axis robotic automation handling system for the entire line—covering everything from material loading at the line’s head to material unloading at its tail. This system features precise design and stable operation, seamlessly coordinating with Yangdun’s high-performance presses. As a result, the production line achieves an efficient intermittent stamping cycle rate of 8 to 12 strokes per minute, ensuring a highly efficient, smooth, and reliable production process.

The comprehensive automation solutions provided by Haozhong Automation not only include high-performance robot bodies and precise trajectory control, but also integrate advanced intelligent features such as sophisticated safety protection, rapid tool changing, and coordinated control of soundproof enclosures—providing all-around assurance of safety, flexibility, and environmental compliance for production lines operating at high speeds.
