On October 24, the four-day Blechexpo 2025—Germany’s premier trade fair for sheet metal processing—concluded at the Stuttgart Exhibition Center. As Europe’s leading specialized event in sheet metal fabrication, this year’s show drew over 1,000 exhibitors and more than 20,000 industry professionals from around the globe. Meanwhile, the booth of Jinan Haozhong Automation Co., Ltd. remained bustling with visitors, serving as a shining showcase of China’s advanced manufacturing capabilities.
At the exhibition, Haozhong Automation’s booth welcomed over a hundred customers from Germany, France, Southeast Asia, and other regions, engaging in in-depth discussions around three core solutions: 1. Comprehensive upgrade solutions for stamping lines, offering an integrated “relocation + upgrade” service for retrofitting aging equipment, which has already been successfully implemented in numerous factories. 2. High-speed, highly flexible single-arm robotic cell production line solutions. This six-axis coordinated, high-speed, highly flexible robot, paired with our company’s independently developed multi-axis motion control system and a motion‑control system co‑developed with a team of Tsinghua University PhDs, achieves a cycle time of 18 SPM—reaching an internationally leading level and perfectly meeting the high‑precision requirements of automated automotive stamping lines. 3. End-of-line quality inspection and framing systems. Leveraging AI‑based visual inspection technology, these systems can automatically detect defects, significantly boosting the efficiency of defective‑part sorting, and are compatible with a wide range of production lines.
On-site personnel showcased the product’s core strengths—such as boosting production efficiency and optimizing process control—through technical demonstrations and case studies, earning high praise from visiting guests.
Currently, automation, intelligence, and sustainability have become the core development trends in the global sheet metal processing industry.
