Recently, the multi-station automated equipment custom‑designed by Jinan Haozhong Automation Co., Ltd. for Hyundai Rotem of South Korea has successfully been delivered in the United States after months of research and development, commissioning, and cross‑border logistics coordination, and has now been officially put into operation in high‑end manufacturing applications. This achievement not only underscores the deep collaboration between Haozhong Automation and a globally renowned enterprise but also marks another significant breakthrough for Chinese‑made automation equipment in the North American high‑end market.
In this collaboration, Hyundai Leste faced the specific capacity requirements of its North American production base and urgently needed an integrated, multi‑station automation solution that enables coordinated multi‑process operations and intelligent control. Following multiple rounds of technical evaluation and selection, it ultimately chose to partner with Haozhong Automation.
This equipment delivery spanned China, South Korea, and the United States, presenting multiple challenges, including technical‑standard alignment, international logistics coordination, and on‑site installation and commissioning. To ensure the equipment arrived safely and efficiently, Haozhong Automation collaborated with a specialized logistics team to develop a tailored transportation plan, employing custom‑designed protective packaging for the equipment’s critical components and dispatching technical engineers to accompany the shipment. Upon arrival in the U.S., they promptly initiated installation, commissioning, and operator training, earning high praise from Hyundai Rotech’s North American team.
