The dual-arm feeder is a typical X, Y, Z-axis structure, featuring two working modes: Transfer and Feeder. It can cyclically complete actions such as clamping, lifting, feeding, lowering, releasing, and returning, enabling rapid handling of sheet materials. The transfer mode is suitable for stamping processes with short strokes, large column spacing, and narrow molds. It is ideal for handling long and thin sheets. The robot's X-axis and the end picking gripper can remain inside the stamping machine without interfering with each other, occupying minimal stamping time and helping to shorten the overall line cycle time. The feeder mode is suitable for long strokes and small pitch distances. Since the end gripper picks sheets from the top of the stack, the overall thickness is relatively large, requiring a larger mold opening during loading and unloading. The simple running track allows the feeder to have a shorter cycle time.

The Transfer mode is suitable for stamping with short strokes, large column spacing, and narrow molds. It is ideal for handling long and thin plates. The robot's X-axis and the end picking gripper can stay inside the stamping machine without interfering with each other, occupying less stamping time and helping to shorten the overall line cycle time.

The Feeder mode is suitable for long strokes and small pitch distances. Since the end gripper picks plates from the top of the stack, the overall thickness is relatively large. The mold opening needs to be larger during loading and unloading, and the simple running track results in a shorter feeder cycle time.
