Oiling Machine

The online oiling machine is used to evenly apply drawing oil on the upper and lower surfaces of ordinary steel plates and galvanized steel plates. According to the set mode, both the upper and lower surfaces of the blank can be sprayed with deep drawing oil. The amount of spray can be adjusted as needed. The oiling machine is equipped with a walking system and frequency conversion drive, moving along the guide rail. It can operate online and offline with entry and exit functions. It is equipped with detection devices to achieve full line interlocking. When oil spraying is not needed, the oiling machine is driven by a motor to move out along the track.

Introduction:

The oiling machine is equipped with a walking system, frequency conversion drive, and moves along the guide rail. When oil spraying is not needed, the oiling machine is driven by a motor to move out along the track.

Structure:

The oiling machine system adopts a standard modular design, including spray guns and control units, oil tank unit, oil supply unit, heating unit, electrical control unit, oil mist suction unit, and sheet material conveying unit.
