The depalletizing unit can pick up sheets from the stack one by one and convey them to the production line. Our company's depalletizing unit features stable production, high efficiency, and wide adaptability. We can provide the best depalletizing solutions based on the characteristics of the customer's production line, enabling mixed steel and aluminum line production, meeting various production rhythms, and suitable for various tandem lines, multi-station, and hot forming production lines.

Adaptable to various sheet materials: magnetic materials (steel plates, etc.) and non-magnetic materials (aluminum plates, etc.).

Rich functions of the depalletizing trolley: includes walking function, lifting function, end-material detection function, and anti-collision function.

Depalletizing can use six-axis robots or our company's developed gantry manipulator, which comes in single and double depalletizing head versions.
