Single-arm high-speed line


With the rapid development of automated stamping production lines for automobiles, the high-speed flexibility and stability of material transfer between presses are crucial. To address this issue, our company formed a R&D team to independently develop, design, and produce the second-generation single-arm robot - HSR. This six-axis linkage high-speed, high-flexibility robot, combined with our independently developed multi-axis linkage control system and in collaboration with professors from Tsinghua University, optimized the optimal trajectory curve through dynamic analysis to ensure the robot can quickly, smoothly, and accurately complete the specified motion path, meeting the production demands of high-speed automated stamping lines.

Introduction:

The single-arm manipulator is suitable for high-speed stamping production lines. This manipulator features six-axis linkage with high speed and high flexibility. Combined with our independently developed multi-axis linkage control system and in collaboration with the PhD team from Tsinghua University, the optimal trajectory curve is optimized through dynamic analysis to ensure the manipulator can quickly, smoothly, and accurately complete the specified motion curve, meeting the production needs of high-speed stamping automation lines.

This manipulator has advantages such as high automation level, fast transmission speed, smooth operation, and compact layout. It is especially suitable for press distances of 5200-6000MM, with the entire line adopting a continuous production mode, achieving a production rhythm of up to 18 SPM.
