The cleaning machine is mainly used for cleaning sheet materials, including whole machine movement, oil mist collection, cleaning oil tank pump station oil spraying cleaning, sheet material feeding, sheet material cleaning, sheet material squeezing dry, automatic lubrication, automatic adjustment of the overlap of upper and lower brush rollers, automatic lifting of the upper box, electrical control, machine body and other mechanisms and functions. The sheet material cleaning machine uses oil-based cleaning media, including one pair of polyurethane material feeding rollers, one pair of high-density high-hardness imported nylon fiber cleaning rollers, and one pair of non-woven fabric squeezing rollers. The cleaning machine is equipped with a walking system, frequency conversion drive, can move along the guide rail, realizing online and offline functions with entry and exit detection devices to achieve whole line interlocking. When cleaning is not needed, the cleaning machine is driven by a motor to move out along the track.
