Oiling Machine
Used for uniformly applying drawing oil on the upper and lower surfaces of ordinary steel plates and galvanized steel plates. According to the set mode, deep drawing oil can be sprayed on both the upper and lower sides of the blank. The amount of oil sprayed can be adjusted as needed. The oiling machine can be equipped with a walking system and AC variable frequency drive based on the site conditions, moving along laid rails to achieve online and offline functions. Entry and exit are equipped with detection devices to realize full line interlocking.
Detailed Description
The online oiling machine is used to evenly apply drawing oil on the upper and lower surfaces of ordinary steel plates and galvanized steel plates. According to the set mode, both the upper and lower surfaces of the blank can be sprayed with deep drawing oil. The spraying amount can be adjusted as needed.
The oiling machine is equipped with a walking system, frequency conversion drive, and moves along the guide rail. It can realize online and offline functions with entry and exit detection devices, achieving full line interlocking. When oil spraying is not needed, the oiling machine is driven by a motor to move out along the track.
Structure: The oiling machine system adopts a standard modular design, including spray guns and control units, oil tank units, oil supply units, heating units, electrical control units, oil mist suction units, and sheet material conveying units.
